Your Local Southern California Contractors CALL (866) BRI - 0234 License #861553
We have proven results with our step by step process so you can be assured you are working with a experienced general contractor. Take a moment to review our process.
STEP 1: PROFILE SHEET
During our initial contact with you, we listen very carefully to gather some needed general information to help establish a budget.
STEP 2: APPOINTMENT
We will schedule an appointment with you at the project site to gather useful visual information.
STEP 3: SITE VISIT
Please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for this process. (Some site visits may take longer.) During this visit, we will discuss your project in greater detail and at this time we will take photos for our records.
STEP 4: ESTIMATE
Your estimate will be given to you via an informal email or by a phone conference within 3-5 business days of the site visit.
STEP 5: FORMAL DETAILED ESTIMATE/CONTRACT
At this time, we will go over with you a very detailed sheet that has all the information about your project. A line by line descripton of the project will be given. This sheet will also list any allowances given for items to be purchased. We also need to schedule any other needed services such as: Design, Architectural and Engineering. A contract must be signed and a retainer/deposit for services is required to proceed with the project.
STEP 6: ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND MEETINGS
This is any design, plans, engineering, and permits to be issued. Some of the above items may need to be done in order to complete your project.
STEP 7: PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE
This phase usually takes 1-2 hours and allows us to review all information together again and confirm all dates. We also will discuss the management of your project, what you can expect and what we need to have done before we can start construction. Here are 3 items to keep in mind: Keep your expectations realistic, Expect the unexpected to impact the schedule, Communicate and take positive, decisive actions.
STEP 8: CONSTRUCTION PHASE
This is where we set out to start your project. During this time you can make changes. If this is done a change order sheet will be made and billed accordingly. Please allow extra time to complete your project, if needed.
STEP 9: COMPLETION PHASE
The construction process follows through to completion of the project. The final payment is not due until the to-do list is completed. BR.INC strives for perfection, and knows that small details might need some extra attention. That is the reason BR.INC has a final to-do list. The final payment initiates the two-year standard warranty. If the project qualifies, the 3-year extended warranty begins at this time
